Julia is 2

We had a bubble party for Julia's birthday. It turned out to be a really windy day which was really disappointing for me because it limited what we had planned but it was out of my control.

The bubbles had to be relocated inside because of the wind. As the party was starting we were chasing huge garbage bags full of balloons that were blowing over the fence.

Rosie and Juju have a special bond. It is really cute. Anywhere we went all summer Rosie took care of Julia.

Huge bubbles (really hard with the wind, I think we only got it to really work once)

JD built this adorable kitchen for her present. They all love it and play with it a ton.
We love Julia so much. She is so sweet and hilarious. She is the snuggliest little girl. Older kids LOVE her and try so hard to gain her affection and she makes them really work for it. We are so blessed to have her in our family.

Build-a-Bear

For Juju's birthday we had our first experience with Build-a-Bear. Grammy treated the girls and it was so much fun.

It was amazing how much of an opinion Julia had and how she was able to communicate it with us, since she doesn't talk much.

Random Winter Photos

Why shouldn't a baby be sitting on a table with a screwdriver? Yikes! Where is this child's mother?
When JD asked her what she was doing she posed and said, "I am being stylish."

First dentist visit. It was pajama day at their office.

Valentine's day hair

Shopping with Dad, begging for camo pants.

Macy's Christmas card to her teacher:
Miss Debbie
Thank you for teaching me good things.
I love you

One of MANY Christmas card outtakes
As close as I got to an Easter picture with the three of them. That is a piece of Julia on the left side.

The Destructor

Look at this adorable face.

Do not let her fool you. Her nickname up until this week has been The Relocator. She excels at relocating toys from room to room and, more impressively, hiding important items. Her new talent as The Destructor has taken things to a new level. She exploits Ella's feeding time with serious efficiency. Among other things, she has painted the treadmill with night cream, crumbed countless crackers into the carpet, redecorated the walls and doors with pencil and crayon drawings, and poured out several gallons worth of water bottles in strategic locations. We'll be lucky if the house is still standing when Ella's nursing phase is over. But with this face and her amazing snuggling skills, I am defenseless. We can always move.

I've Got No Strings

Pictures of Ella now that she is tube and wire free

She is constantly cracking us up with these huge smiles

My attempt to get a picture of the three girls together was comical.
